The clinic was established under the Bodhaiisshinji Trust, Bodhgaya and has a Buddhist temple adjoining the building. APC conducted its 3rd year anniversary on the 29th of October 2012 with Buddhist religious prayer ceremony at the Temple. President of AMDA, Japanese followers of Nichiren Shu temple, HQ staff along with the Bodhiisshinji Trust members participated at this significant event.
The anniversary activities started with a Buddhist prayer ceremony conducted by Japanese monks from Nichiren Shu temple, Japan. Following the ceremony local children were greeted with blessings and sweets that were the offerings to the God during the ceremony. A trust meeting was held to discuss matters that are related to the trust and then a short cultural dance event was held at the end of the day.
